We helped Grass Roots to build a delegated marketing platform for one of the leading premium car manufacturers, which helps Dealers to create their own email campaigns.

The car dealers needed effective communication tools to reach their customers and prospects, and the brand needed to make sure that marketing activity across the network of nearly 150 Dealerships stayed on brand and on message.

We helped GrassRoots to create an integrated email portal that enables Marketing Managers to generate local email campaigns that are relevant, engaging and compliant with the brand guidelines. The portal works with the Dealer's own system data, so broadcasts can be segmented. The system provides full reporting at Dealer and national level.

Managers choose from a range of email templates, and personalise them using an editing wizard; the templates are regularly updated to keep them in sync with the car manufacturer's national activity. Dealers can also engage with their customers using an electronic newsletter that covers multiple touch points.
